Cycle the New Forest from Janesmoor Pond by Fritham, a pretty spot in the far north of the National Park. There is a small network of cycle trails near the Pond which is great for exploring with kids. For the more adventurous there is access to some great circuits, including via the lovely, but hilly, route over the northern commons to Frogsmoor .

Cycle trails in the New Forest are well-marked, and generally on gravel tracks or quiet country roads - ideal for families or those seeking a gentle ride. For those seeking the thrills of single track and downhill - the closest you will find to this is Moor Valley Country Park.
