Cycle the New Forest from Standing Hat, a well known spot on the eastern edge of Brockenhurst. Here you are at the centre of one of the best cycle networks in the park, with options to explore locally or follow the trails north towards Lyndhurst and Denny Wood, or West over to Beaulieu. There is easy access from Brockenhurst where you can hire bikes.
Cycle trails in the New Forest are well-marked, and generally on gravel tracks or quiet country roads - ideal for families or those seeking a gentle ride. For those seeking the thrills of single track and downhill - the closest you will find to this is Moor Valley Country Park.

Wild-camping is not allowed, however there are plenty of campsites available across the New Forest with Camping in the Forest.
