Paddle Poole Harbour from Sandbanks, a stunning spot at the mouth of the harbour with sandy beaches, easy access and shallow, sheltered waters. From here you can simply paddle around in the shallows, or head into the harbour and explore Brownsea Island, landing on the south beaches to explore. You can hire equipment locally, sign up to a guided adventure or join a club.
