Paddle the Lymington River from Lymington Town Quay, a busy spot with lots of atmosphere. The river is busy here so watch out for other river craft. Novices can head a short way inland under the rail bridge for some quiet, sheltered waters to practice. Alternatively, head down stream and explore the estuary, and beyond to the lakes and views of Keyhaven and Hurst Castle.
