Paddle the River Wey Navigation from the heart of Godalming. With great access to the water from Godalming Wharf, this is a great place to explore the charming river Wey. Paddling through the navigations is a great way to discover Surrey’s towns, villages and countryside, taking you through Guildford and as far as the Thames at Weybridge. The whole navigation is managed by the National Trust and a licence is required to paddle. You can hire equipment and join sessions with the local Roar Outdoors adventure club.
You need a license to use the river, either from the National Trust or British Canoeing membership.
Dogs welcome but taken on the water at your own risk.
