About Us
Ellingham Water Ski & Wakeboard Club is the perfect place to either learn a new sport or get your on-the-water fix.
Whether you fancy skiing, wakeboarding or wakesurfing, we welcome skiers and riders of all ability levels and ages. If you’re a beginner we will supply a wetsuit, life jacket, boat driver and coaching all included in the price.
Open Water Swimming is also provided by Ellingham Water Ski & Wakeboard Club. If you are looking for amazingly clean water to swim in – then this is the lake to come to. We have the following distance loops marked out by yellow swim buoys: 400m, 750m and 1200m.
You don’t have to be a triathlete or a channel swimmer to enjoy the lake, we have a huge range of abilities here. It doesn’t matter if you get in for a few minutes then get straight back out again, or whether you stay in for the whole session – everyone is welcome!
Families and friends are welcome and encouraged to get involved, we also have inflatables so the children can have some on the water fun too. We are based at Ellingham Lake, just north of Ringwood, nestled in a quiet corner of the New Forest.
